Community Guidelines & Conduct Terms
The rules of the house for Grassroots Army members. Effective November 3, 2026.
Effective date: November 3, 2026. Version 1.0. Grassroots Army is a brand of GJS Investments LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. Questions: [email protected]
Part 1: Community Guidelines
Welcome to the Members feed. This is our home base: a place for people who love faith, family and freedom to connect, encourage each other and get to work. We want it to feel like a good town hall — our team posts updates, you speak up in the comments, people disagree, and everybody walks out still able to shake hands.
To keep it that way, here are the rules of the house.
Posting vs commenting
Only the Grassroots Army team can create new posts in the Members feed. Members may comment on our posts.
What we want here
- Be real, and be respectful. Share your story, your questions and your wins.
- Disagreeing is welcome. You don't have to agree with Garrett or anyone else. Push back on the idea, not the person. A good argument makes all of us sharper.
- Lift people up. Someone new in here may be taking their first step. Help them.
- Keep it on mission. Faith, family, freedom, health, local action and building the movement.
What is not allowed
- Hate. No attacks, slurs or dehumanizing language aimed at people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, disability or any similar trait. We fight for ideas. We don't tear down human beings.
- Threats and violence. No threats, no calls for violence or harassment, and no "jokes" about hurting anyone. This includes public officials, opponents and other members. Zero tolerance.
- Doxxing and privacy. Don't post anyone's home address, phone number, private email, workplace, family details or other private information. Don't share screenshots of private messages without permission.
- Illegal content or activity. Nothing that breaks the law or encourages others to break it.
- Harassment and bullying. No targeting, pile-ons or following someone from post to post to pick fights.
- Spam and scams. No ads, sales pitches, MLM recruiting, fundraising for outside causes, chain posts or suspicious links without our OK.
- Sexual or graphic content. Keep it clean. This is a family movement.
- Impersonation and misinformation on purpose. Don't pretend to be Garrett, the team or anyone else, and don't knowingly post fake quotes or fake documents.
- Leaking members-only content. What's posted for members stays for members. Don't re-upload or resell exclusive videos, posts or files.
How moderation works
- We moderate this space. Garrett and the Grassroots Army team can hide or delete any comment, limit who can see a member's comments, and can mute, suspend or remove any member who, in our reasonable, good-faith judgment, breaks these Guidelines or the Conduct Terms below. We don't edit what members write.
- Usually we warn first. For a minor slip, you'll normally get a heads-up.
- Some things don't get a warning. Threats, hate, doxxing, illegal content, scams or leaking paid content can mean immediate removal from the membership with no refund (see Part 2).
- See something? Say something. Report it to [email protected] or use the report option on the post. Don't fight it out in the comments.
- Our call. We'll be fair, and this is our house. If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] within 14 days and someone will take a second look. After that review, our decision is final.
Part 2: Membership Conduct Terms
These terms apply to every Grassroots Army membership tier (Private, Sergeant, Captain and General Gold). Memberships and the Member Card are sold by Fourthwall, Inc., the seller and merchant of record, under Fourthwall's Merchandise Terms of Service. The membership benefits, members-only content and the Members community are provided by GJS Investments LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Grassroots Army ("we," "us"). These Conduct Terms are an agreement between you and GJS Investments LLC.
1. Joining means you agree
When you join, renew or keep paying for a Grassroots Army membership, you agree to these Conduct Terms and the Community Guidelines above. We link these terms next to the Join button on every tier, in the Join FAQ and in your welcome email. If you don't agree, please don't join. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
2. Fourthwall's rules still apply
Memberships run on Fourthwall. Fourthwall's own Terms of Service, Merchandise Terms of Service, privacy policy and community rules also apply to you. These Conduct Terms are extra rules from us as the Brand Partner, on top of Fourthwall's. If the two ever conflict, Fourthwall's terms control. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund, return or withdrawal right you have under Fourthwall's Merchandise Terms of Service or applicable law, including the 14-day withdrawal right for new memberships that consumers in the EU, EEA and UK may have.
3. If you break the rules
If we decide, in our reasonable, good-faith judgment, that you broke the Community Guidelines or these terms (including by doing something materially similar to a listed rule), inside the Members feed or by misusing members-only content anywhere, we may do any of the following. For serious violations (threats, hate, doxxing, illegal content, scams or leaking paid content) we may act immediately, without a warning first:
- remove comments;
- suspend your ability to comment or limit who can see your comments;
- cancel your membership immediately and remove your access to the Members feed, members-only content, perks and member discounts.
If we cancel your membership, we'll email you at your account address to tell you which rule was involved. We may keep records of the violation and, for credible threats or illegal content, share them with law enforcement.
4. No refund when you're removed for a violation
If your membership is cancelled because you broke these rules:
- We do not refund the current billing period, or any part of it, and we don't prorate, except where Fourthwall's policy or the law requires it.
- Any perks you have not yet earned at the time of removal (for example future Zoom calls, early access or discounts, or a signed book or Gold shirt you have not yet qualified for) are forfeited. Perks you had already fully earned before removal (for example the signed book after your 3rd paid month) will still be sent.
- Past payments are not refunded.
- This section does not apply to cancellations you make yourself (see §7).
5. The Member Card is final sale
The Member Card (and any Replacement Member Card) is custom-printed with your name and member number. It is final sale. It can't be returned or refunded because you changed your mind or because you are removed from the membership. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it, or Fourthwall will handle it under its Merchandise Terms. This doesn't limit any right you have under law. Your member number is yours for life. We keep your name, email and number on file after your membership ends so it's never reassigned (see our Privacy Policy). An old card does not give access or discounts after your membership ends.
6. Rejoining is at our discretion
If you were removed for breaking these rules, you may not rejoin under the same or a different name, email or account unless we allow it. We may cancel any new membership that gets around a removal. If we do, we'll refund that new membership's most recent payment. If we do let you back in, you keep the same member number, and these same terms apply.
7. Cancelling on your own
You can cancel your membership at any time through your Fourthwall account (Billing page) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then it stops. Cancelling yourself doesn't earn a refund of the current period, except where Fourthwall's policy or the law requires one. There's no fee or penalty for cancelling.
8. Not a donation to charity, and not a campaign contribution
Membership fees, Member Card purchases and any tips made through this site are not tax-deductible. GJS Investments LLC is a private business, not a charity, candidate committee, PAC or political party. These payments are purchases of content, community and merchandise from a business. They are not political contributions to any candidate or committee, and we don't use membership revenue or member information to fund or support any candidate committee, PAC or political party.
9. Our content
Members-only videos, posts, graphics and files belong to us (or to whoever licensed them to us). They're for your personal use only. Don't copy, re-upload, share or sell them. Comments you leave may be moderated, hidden or deleted under these Guidelines.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version in the Members feed and on the site with a new effective date. For changes that materially affect your rights (like refunds, cancellation or perks), we'll also email you at least 14 days before they take effect, and they'll apply starting with your next renewal. If you keep your membership after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Changes don't apply to conduct that happened before the change.

12. Legal stuff
These Conduct Terms are governed by Michigan law. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Fourthwall's Merchandise Terms govern your purchase itself.
